First time trying their new fries. They were good. All food was hot and fresh. My first time trying the pretzel bun. That was much better than a normal bun. I very seldom eat fast food but having to run lots of errands today made it necessary.

This was my first time trying Wendy's and everyone was super sweet! I got a spicy chicken sandwich (you can add pickles!! Woo) and spicy chickie nuggies. The girl behind the register told me to get the honey mustard and I was a lil surprised that it was like.... creamy but it was still good. Anyways I did not feel amazing after but it's Wendy's I knew it wasn't a salad. Still I would eat spicy chickie nuggies again!

Very appreciative of the employees and them putting a large mobile order together for me. They did great and got everything correct and remembered every item. This is almost unheard of so they definitely deserve recognition

We were a little confused when we pulled up to the drive through and got a garbled greeting. That was quickly cleared up as they indicated they were in the middle of a shift change and needed to total up their registers. They offered to have us come in to get immediate service. We did. Once our order was placed they fulfilled it quickly (less than a minute), and we were on our way. The only thing left out was a condiment pack (we had requested two flavors). Not a big deal, and a second condiment packet would have been too much anyways. Very pleased with the service and food.

To my surprise, mid week at lunch time the drive thru was slammed however ordering at the speaker was best as could be, service at the window was excellent. Order was correct & food was as expected. (These things are hard to come across these days) the polite customer service was almost a shock, which is sad but was pleasant. Two men wearing collared shirts were assisting the window, I’m assuming managers. Keep it up & let your employees know how great they are!

Driven through here twice now. Easy stop of the I-64, but about a mile from interstate. It might be a little slow but the staff is so helpful and courteous. Both times we asked if we could get half Sprite and half fruit punch for a picky son because you don't fill your own drinks, and it was no problem. Orders were right both times without error. We don't live anywhere near here, but it may be our go to Wendy's when pressing through!

Great customer service from the young gentleman working the drive through and order taking! We had a very complicated order and he was very patient and cooperative. People like him are the reason why people eat fast food haha. Also, I hope you guys got that crazy moth back outside! With love, The 4 crazy teenagers
